| Slide Gates |
Slide gates (whether single or double bladed) generally refer to gates that completely shut off material flow. PEBCO® supplies standard and custom configurations to meet a variety of application needs. These range from high temperature (700° F plus), high abrasion, and ultrafine powders, to very large gates meeting needs for high capacity and severe duty. Actuation speed can be controlled and is provided by pneumatic, hydraulic, electric, or manual drive systems. |

| ROLLING BLADE® Gates |
The patented ROLLING BLADE® Gate design is unique with its curved blade design that cams up upon final gate closure. A curved blade design combined with cam action provides a number of benefits including: accurate metering or flow control, positive seal compression minimizing leakage of fine powders, less seal drag resulting in much longer seal life, fast closure speed since blade moves through an arc length, and elimination of gaps between blade and gate body minimizing potential for gate jamming. The ROLLING BLADE® Design can be provided in a one way configuration or manufactured in a diverter, tri-verter, or quad-verter configuration. |

| Diverter Gates |
PEBCO® offers a variety of diverter gates to divert flow from one direction to another. These units are available in a number of configurations, including tri-verter, and quad-verter combinations. PEBCO®'s Rock Box Diverter is particularly suited for abrasive applications such as cullet and taconite. Our Basket Diverter eliminates leakage to the closed leg and requires no elastomer seals. In addition the Basket design eliminates cross-contamination and product build up within the diverter. |

| Flapper & Lockgate Valves |
The heavy-duty PEBCO® Flapper Valve is typically used in high temperature or abrasive applications. It handles product such as ash, clinker, and stringy material. PEBCO®'s Heavy Duty Lockgate is suited for various applications where it meters collected material discharging from precipitators, cyclones or fabric filter systems. If moving an abrasive material that requires positive dust sealing, consider the Lockgate as an excellent choice. |

| Dewatering Valve |
This valve is typically used on slurries, filter cakes, sludge, wet sand or places where you need to contain liquid seepage. Many applications involve truck loading. |

| Coal & Burner Isolation Valves |
PEBCO®'s Coal Valve is used on coal and/or limestone in boiler house operations, yard handling, feeder inlets, feeder outlets and bunker outlets along with truck and rail dump hopper outlets.
The Burner Isolation Valve meets NFPA Code 85 standards. It is used as a safety isolation valve. Applications include isolation of pulverized fuel supply form boilers and of high temperature gas streams. |

| Low Profile Slide Gate |
This gate is designed for extremely low headroom applications. It combines an economical design with excellent sealing of powders and small material sizes. Material of construction range from aluminum to full polished stainless steel. |

| Clamshell Gate |
PEBCO®'s Clamshell gates are typically used for cutting off material flow when loading hopper, bins, and other containers. This gate typically is used for granular products and offers limited entrapment areas for material to hang up (i.e.: soft metals, and plastics). The PEBCO® Telescopic Chute is used for abrasive or large particle size material on stackout systems, barge loading and high tonnage loading applications. This type chute is rugged and particularly stable in high winds. |

| Loading, Collection, & Conveying |
PEBCO®'s Dustless Loading Spout is used for loading bulk material into trucks, railcars, barges and ships, as well as for discharging material onto stockpiles. PEBCO® offers complementary equipment such as Loading Spout Positioners and Integral Dust Collectors as well as Space Saver Dust Collector designs. In addition, PEBCO® specializes in Fluidized Conveyors and can offer complete Silo to truck/ship packages. |

| Mass Flow Feeder & Belt Feeder |
PEBCO®'s Patented Mass Flow Feeders are used in conjunction with mass flow silos. They can provide flow rates in excess of 8,000 TPH and can be manufactured in sizes ranging from 24" to 60". PEBCO®'s ROLLING BLADE® Belt feeders are used for homogeneous free-flowing material requiring regulation and/or cutoff. This design introduces flow in the direction the belt is running and incorporates the chute as part of the gate. |

| Cleveland Cascade® Chute |
The Patented Cleveland Cascade® Chute is the ultimate solution to the problem of dust generation when loading dry bulk materials. The special chute design ensures that material particles are kept in mass flow form and at low velocity throughout the extended length of the chute. This minimizes the liberation of dust particles and greatly reduces or eliminates particle degradation. No dust means no dust collection necessary. |

| Truck, Train & Shiploading |
PEBCO®'s Uni-Load® Chute was designed to meet the need for instantaneous shutoff on high accuracy loading of truck and rail loadout systems. The Uni-Load® is just one of several PEBCO® design chutes which can be integrated into a complete semi or fully automated system. PEBCO® can turnkey the system or integrate the required loading chute into a customer's current design. The Cleveland Cascade® Chute, Dustless Loading Spout, and Telescopic Chutes have all been used for truck, train, and ship loading. |
